Can I order videos from Lucas Entertainment?
We will be happy to process your order, however there are few things you need to know ahead of time. We cannot ship any of our products to Kentucky, Mississippi, Utah, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Even though we ship our products in neutral wrapping, many countries outside the United States still have overzealous customs agents. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that your international order will not be subject to customs seizure.

How do I get on your Mailing List?

Do you sell your mail or email lists?
We find it deplorable that anyone would try to invade another person's privacy in any manner, whether it is via junk mail, spam email or checking the return address of packages being delivered. Lucas Entertainment values our customers' privacy, which is why we NEVER give out ANY information about you and also why our products are shipped in discreet, generic packages with a corporate return address. We are protecting your privacy.

Why are the online sales prices sometimes not the same as the mail order sales prices?
As a website customer who is also on our postal mail list, you get the best of both worlds in terms of our promotional sales. Our customers may take advantage of online sales simply by placing their order online or, if they've received a better offer from us in the mail, they can simply insert the promotional code of sale in the appropriate box, and the prices will automatically adjust throughout the site.

What is a "Director's Cut" of a production?
"Director's Cut" versions are available for most of our productions, and they are the only versions (when there are two versions available) that we sell here. "Director's Cut" means that the movie contains scenes that may feature acts such as fisting, enemas, watersports, and/or the insertion of objects other than dildos. Director's Cut versions are available only through Lucas Entertainment. Retail outlets carry the edited version only.

How do I get the "Director's Cut" versions of your movies?
All we ship are the "Director's Cut" versions (when there is one - see title description for details), so when you buy directly from Lucas Entertainment, you know you're going to get ALL of the action.

Can I purchase the "Director's Cut" videos from my local retailer?
"Director's Cut" productions contain controversial scenes which are edited out for general distribution. Therefore, any Lucas Entertainment video purchased from a retailer will be edited. "Director's Cut" versions are available only by direct order.

Can I exchange the edited tape I bought from a retailer for the Director's Cut?
Unfortunately, we don't offer any kind of exchange for items purchased anywhere but from Lucas Entertainment directly.

How do you ship my order?
Our products are shipped in discreet, generic packages with a corporate return address. Within the continental United States, our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail and our basic rate is $6 for the first item, $4 each additional item. FedEx upgrades are available for shipments within the US (available only by phone Monday through Friday 9am - 2pm EST excluding holidays). The rates are as follows:

Why did my tape arrive without its glossy full-color box?
When you order directly from Lucas Entertainment, you may receive your videos in plain white sleeves. The color boxes you see in video stores are created for our retail distributor so that the product will be appealing in retail outlets. When you purchase our products in retail outlets, you get the glossy box, but you aren't guaranteed to receive the "Director's Cut" version of our productions. When you purchase from us, you get the unedited version (noting restrictions of locale) but you don't get the glossy box.

What is your return policy?
VHS and DVDs are non-returnable except in the case of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise may be returned with 30 days of purchase for replacement. I'm outside the United States. Can I use my overseas credit card for ordering?
We do accept credit cards drawn on banks outside the U.S. for merchandise orders. The shipping method is USPS Airmail (which may take from 5 to 14 business days transit time) and the freight fees are an international surcharge of $18, plus our standard domestic shipping rates. Delivery shall be deemed complete and Lucas Entertainment's responsibility shall end upon the placement of items ordered, together with all necessary documentation, in the hands of the USPS representative, for delivery to Customer, or for delivery to such addressee as Customer may designate. Lucas Entertainment specifically makes no warranty or guarantee of ultimate delivery and assumes no responsibility for seizure by customs or other law enforcement agency or for non-delivery to the designated address for any other reason.

What does it cost to order from overseas?
We honor Internet pricing for products, but shipping rates to overseas customers are unique. International shipping requires a flat surcharge of $18, plus our standard domestic shipping rates. Please be aware that due to the nature of our product and local legislation, international orders may be subject to customs seizure and we cannot guarantee that orders will not be confiscated.

Can I order a video in PAL format?
Unfortunately, our VHS and DVD products are available directly only in NTSC format, however, our DVD's are all reproduced using "multi-regional" or "no region" encoding, and they should be playable on DVD players worldwide. You'll need to consult your DVD player's manual to see what types of disks are playable on your machine.
